Summary: A once popular quarterback at the high school football team, Biff Loman’s life has been a failure. After failing math and not being able to graduate, he had an opportunity to take a summer course. But soon after, the discovery of his father betraying his mother led to his life spiralling downhill ever since, loosing his job one after another due to compulsive stealing. Throughout the play, Biff slowly uncovers the truth and realises that he will never be able to achieve Willy’s materialistic dreams for him. His character is a reminder to everybody that the American Dream is not every man’s dream.
